In today’s episode, Quinn interviews Jessica Hottle who is a faith-based fitness coach, podcast host, best-selling author, and speaker with a heart for teaching women how to dismantle the lies that keep them from healing and wholeness. She is also the author of four books, including her newly released book called “Face Off with Your Feelings: Break Up with the Lies From Your Past and Embrace the Truth for Your Future.”
In the interview, Jessica and I talk all about finding healing and wholeness through Christ. She specifically shares how she faced emotional and physical abuse growing up that led her to develop some destructive patterns, until one day, she realized that God wanted all parts of her to be fully healed. Ever since, she has been working to help women and men hear this same message.

Parts of our soul that need to be healed and how to find those parts
How to create space for healing
How to identify lies and take them head-on into God’s Word
