In today’s episode, I interview Megan McQuary, who is so many incredible things including a licensed social worker, speaker, author, clinical practice owner, EMDR trainer, mom of three, and daughter of Christ.
I learned of Megan and her amazing therapeutic knowledge while undergoing a training with her in March 2022. After learning about an incredible treatment for trauma called EMDR under her teaching, I felt I had to see if I could connect with her for the podcast because I sensed she knew the Lord. Much to my joy, I found out Megan is someone who loves to share about her faith in Jesus as well.
So today, I am honored for you to hear her story, learn more about EMDR, and be led through an EMDR exercise. I believe this episode is meant to bring hope and healing to many of our listeners, and I pray that whoever needs to find this will do just that!
