In today’s interview, I had the privilege of looking at the Enneagram, a tool for understanding personalities, from a biblical and marriage-based lens with Beth and Jeff McCord, authors of Becoming Us: Using the Enneagram to Create a Thriving and Gospel-Centered Marriage.
If you are not familiar with this power couple, they have built a huge ministry called “Your Enneagram Coach” that focuses on teaching, training and leading others to learn about the Enneagram through a faith lens.
In the interview, we talk about how the Enneagram can be a tool used to enhance your marriage and personal growth! Beth and Jeff also share how the different personality types can interpret the same situation in different ways and how understanding our partner’s Enneagram type can increase empathy and connection in marriage.
