In today’s interview, I had the privilege of speaking with Ryan and Jenny Brown, authors of “The Marriage Experience” -- which is a biblical approach to creating a strong, gospel-centered marriage that was birthed from ongoing prayer, biblical study, and research along with her years mentoring newly engaged and married couples.
Ryan who is a pastor at Graceland Church in New Albany, Indiana, and Jenny who is the director of the marriage experience ministry have a love for marriage and a longing to give married couples a space to connect on a deeper level in their relationship.
The Marriage Experience Project is ultimately a mission to help couples illuminate Jesus Christ in the world in keeping with Ephesians 5:32 that refers to Christ and his bride the church. They have an online community where they offer support and encouragement for deepening marriages.
In today’s interview, Ryan and Jenny share how they met, when God called them into ministry and how their passion for marriage developed. Ryan and Jenny also discuss some of their favorite rhythms in marriage and share how discussing hard topics like leadership and submission, from their book, can be so key in building a better marriage.
